Born and raised in London, I have traveled and lived extensively over all Europe, the US, Asia and Parts of the Caribbean.

After many years of high impact exercise and feeling the physical effects I decided to seek alternative methods. After spending months in India during early 2000 I re-discovered yoga and became very excited to further educate myself.

While in the US in 2001 and after re-locating myself in Miami Beach I found a mentor in also from London during my time there I furthered my training. 

In discovering My Style the fast moving endurance and strength building Ashtanga Vinyasa I found great release of blocked energy while making my body feel fantastic and very calm.

I always bring a sense of spiritual meditation to my practice. I am available for one-to-one at your location, as well as groups and classes in both the gym and yoga centre. Contact me for rates and availability.
